Please register below for Private Instruction Lessons (NON-SUZUKI) for the Spring 2022 semester at The Madison Street Music & Arts Academy.  Lessons begin the week of January 17. 
 
A separate form must be completed for each student, however there is an option to add additional students once you hit 'submit.' Adding additional students this way will ensure that all siblings appear on the same invoice.  There is a $10 registration fee per student/per instrument, and tuition payment in full or a 25% deposit along with payment plan must be made before registration is complete. 
 
Once your completed registration is received, it will be forwarded to your assigned teacher.  The teacher will then be in contact with you to set up a lesson day and time that will be mutually convenient. Scheduling begins the week of January 3 and will proceed through January 16. You should not expect to hear from your assigned teacher before that time.

If you are a returning student and would like to continue to study with your current teacher, please list the teacher's name under "Preferred Teacher." If you are a new student and have a teacher preference, please list the teacher's name under "Preferred Teacher."  Otherwise, new students will be assigned a teacher once registration is completed and received.

Remember: Lessons begins the week of January 17, 2022. Our Fall Semester is a 14-week semester ending May 14,  2022.  There are two 'flex weeks' built into the semester in order to accommodate make-up lessons.
