September 27

How to be an Anti-Racist – by Ibram X. Kendi

From the National Book Award-winning author of Stamped from the Beginning comes a "groundbreaking" (Time) approach to understanding and uprooting racism and inequality in our society--and in ourselves.

October 25

Be the Bridge  - by Latasha Morrison

With racial tensions as high within the church as outside the church, it is time for Christians to become the leaders in the conversation on racial reconciliation. This power-packed guide helps readers deepen their understanding of historical factors and present realities, equipping them to participate in the ongoing dialogue and to serve as catalysts for righteousness, justice, healing, transformation, and reconciliation.

All sessions are held at 5:00 p.m. via Zoom. Participants are encouraged to purchase and read the books prior to the meeting dates so that they may engage fully in the conversation.
